Service Description

Maintain and secure all Windows/Linux servers, cloud resources (AWS/Azure), virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and network devices to ensure 99.9 % uptime. Responsibilities include patching and hardening systems, managing backups and disaster-recovery plans, enforcing security (MFA, least privilege), automating tasks with PowerShell/Bash/Python, and acting as Tier-2/3 support. Requires 3-5 years’ server/network admin experience, solid TCP/IP and firewall skills, virtualization proficiency, cloud exposure, and strong scripting ability; certifications (AZ-104, AWS SysOps, RHCE, VCP) are preferred.
